簡介

  1. Monitors timely submission of high-level management reports from the Department Managers, ensures that these are properly compiled for evaluation by the President.
  2. Takes down minutes of the meeting, ensures that all substantial discussions are written up.  
  • Graduate of bachelor's degree, business related course is an advantage.
  • With at least 1 year of work experience in related field
  • With experience dealing/working with foreigners is an advantage.
  • With excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
