Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO - External
Role Overview: The Executive Assistant – External acts as the strategic extension of the CEO, managing external communications, events, and public-facing initiatives. This high-impact role supports the CEO’s visibility, effectiveness, and brand representation by coordinating public relations, overseeing partnerships, evaluating project performance, and facilitating executive engagements. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator, relationship-builder, and organized professional capable of representing the CEO across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and respond to external communications, emails, and public statements on behalf of the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including meetings, events, and external commitments
- Represent the CEO during public functions, events, and corporate meetings
- Plan, organize, and execute exhibits, pop-ups, launches, and brand activations
- Evaluate project deliverables and compile performance reports, particularly for incentive assessments
- Propose strategic event concepts and initiate collaborative opportunities
- Maintain professional relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Document and lead discussions in internal management meetings (ManComm/LeadComm)
- Serve as a publicist for the CEO, maintaining alignment with Genteel Home’s brand voice

- Event Feedback: 90% average rating
- Event Proposals: Minimum of 3 strategic ideas per quarter
- Reporting: 100% submission within 5 days post-project
- Evaluation Impact: 90% usefulness rating from CEO or team leads
- Partner Retention: 90% of partners remain engaged quarterly
- New Collaborations: Minimum 2 secured per quarter

Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday Rest Days
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive support, PR, or strategic communications
- Demonstrated expertise in event planning, external affairs, or client-facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and project tracking systems
