Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to both the Chief of Staff and CEO, enabling them to focus on vision, leadership, and external engagement
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper: manage schedules, prioritize meeting requests, prepare briefing materials, and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate cross‑regional projects and initiatives, particularly across India, China, UK, and Switzerland
- Draft, edit, and polish internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and memos
- Organize and support high-stakes events, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements
- Maintain and improve document management systems, operating procedures, and workflow efficiencies
- Anticipate needs, identify issues before they arise, propose solutions, and proactively drive results
Required Skills & Character Traits
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- German and/or Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage
- Strong command of office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and familiarity with AI tools including ChatGPT
- Exceptional organizational ability and meticulous attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, resourceful, and future-oriented — with the mindset of a problem-solver
- Bachelor’s degree minimum (preferably in business administration, law, finance, or a related discipline)
- At least 5 years’ experience in back-office, communications, events, or executive support roles
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international, multi-cultural environment
