- Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients and conduct showrooms and oculars
- Oversees the events in all the ballroom and function rooms.
- Responsible for making the function space visually appealing and presenting the menu offering for the event.
- Responsible for the overall sanitation and cleanliness of the work areas, banquet rooms and storage areas.
- Responsible for the proper usage and good working order of all equipment, furniture and fixtures in the Banquet in the shift assigned.
- Responsible for consistently implementing the service standards and operating procedures in the banquet service.
- Responsible for the Banquet Event Order and coordination with the concerned departments for the proper execution of the event
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide unique and creative ideas to enhance meetings & group experience.
- Should possess in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage preparation and presentation.
- Supervise events and team members throughout service.
- Guide the Banquet servers in set up of tables and place settings.
- Be familiar with all current and upcoming event details.
- Resolve staff and customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
Skills and Specifications:
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Proactive and flexible attitude in swiftly changing environment
- Good communicator; able to communicate on different levels
- Fluent in Tagalog and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Advance computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet
- Service minded
- Well-developed negotiating skills
- Ability and desire to sell
- Ability to think creatively and generate original ideas
- Excellent writing and presentation skills

Education and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of handling events experience within the hospitality industry is an advantage
- Excellent computer and product management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experienced in gathering user requirements and documentation of functional specifications
- Enthusiastic can do attitude, highly self-motivated result oriented, detail oriented and a well-developed sense of drive
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
