簡介

  • Event Planning & Coordination:
  1. Plan, organize, and coordinate events such as corporate meetings, conferences, conventions, weddings, and social gatherings.
  2. Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event objectives.
  3. Develop event timelines and ensure all aspects are aligned to meet deadlines.


  • Budget Management:
  1. Create and manage event budgets.
  2. Track expenses and ensure the event stays within budget while meeting client expectations.
  3. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best prices and services.


  • Vendor & Venue Management:
  1. Identify, select, and coordinate with venues, catering services, decorators, audiovisual teams, and other vendors.
  2. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
  3. Ensure that all logistics related to event spaces, equipment, and services are arranged and on time.


  • Logistics and Operations:
  1. Oversee event setup and teardown to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  2. Ensure the event adheres to all legal, health, and safety standards.
  3. Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and other guest services as needed.


  • Client Communication & Relationship Management:
  1. Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on event progress and manage their expectations.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns that arise.


  • Marketing and Promotion (if applicable):
  1. Assist with event marketing and promotion, including social media, flyers, and email campaigns.
  2. Help create promotional materials and event invitations.


  • Event Execution:
  1. Supervise all aspects of the event on the day, ensuring smooth execution and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for the client and guests during the event.


  • Post-Event Evaluation:
  1. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback from clients and attendees.
  2. Prepare event reports and make recommendations for future improvements.

職位要求

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required depending on event schedules.
