About the role:

Lead the development, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives that boost employee engagement across key touchpoints in the employee journey and company policies. This role is responsible for the tactical execution, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within budget to drive participation and support high performance. Additionally, the role involves overseeing the ongoing implementation of engagement programs as part of the business-as-usual (BAU) operations, with a focus on meeting company standards and driving immediate improvements in the employee experience.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement, human resources, internal communications, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with company values and culture
• Basic knowledge of business functions
• Understanding of basic data analysis
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Event planning and coordination
• Basic data analysis
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Licenses / Certifications (optional but beneficial):

• Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional
• Event Planning Certification
