簡介
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with talents in the AIRR Squad.
- Act as the primary point of contact for talents, addressing their concerns and needs promptly.
- Develop and implement programs consistently to support, engage, and retain AIRR Squad members.
- Organize regular check-ins, workshops, and networking events for talents.
- Monitor and evaluate talent performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align talent activities with business objectives and campaign requirements.
- Ensure talents are consistently updated on new opportunities, tools, and platform developments.
- Manage a database of active talents, tracking their preferences, availability, and performance.
- Provide guidance to talents on content optimization to maximize engagement and reach.
- Collect and analyze talent feedback to improve programs and strengthen relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital/ social commerce talent relationship management.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, talent management, or a related field.
- Experience in relationship management, community building, or similar roles, preferably in digital or creative industries is not required, but a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse talents effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple talents and programs simultaneously.
- Passion for fostering meaningful relationships and creating a supportive environment for digital talents.
