簡介
Sales Support & Client Engagement
- Assist the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new corporate insurance opportunities.
- Prepare sales presentations, product proposals, and client pitches customized to business needs.
- Support in maintaining relationships with existing corporate accounts by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations as required.
New Business Development
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for acquiring new corporate clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new business growth.
- Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and policy documents for prospective and newly acquired clients.
- Track and monitor sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on leads and prospects.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Liaise with underwriting, claims, and policy servicing teams to ensure smooth processing of corporate insurance applications.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards on sales performance, pipeline status, and new business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Management or Marketing or other related fields.
- At least one year experience in Life Insurance and Sales
- Good written and oral communication, negotiations.
- Willing to work in Makati City and travel anywhere in the Philippines when needed.
- Proficient with MS Applications
- LOMA courses preferred but not required
