Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Guide clients in maximizing their usage of Inventi’s property management software, ensuring they fully leverage its features.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and enhance system functionality based on user feedback.
  • Proactively monitor client accounts, identifying usage trends and areas for improvement to enhance adoption and engagement.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to recommend product improvements and new features.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional Inventi modules and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, support tickets, and system adoption progress.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in property management and SaaS solutions.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in client relations, customer success, or account management, preferably in a SaaS or Real Estate environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong customer-first attitude.
  • Experience with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and data analysis for tracking client engagement.
  • Knowledge of property management operations and technology is a plus.
