- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, maintain customer records, and provide product information.
職位要求
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No experience required; training provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, excellent organizational abilities, and interpersonal people skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard hours; potential for remote work.
