簡介
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage potential customers and introduce services
- Convert leads into paying customers by effectively presenting offerings and handling objections
- Build strong relationships with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine and improve sales strategies
職位要求
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is an advantage but not required (training provided)
- Confidence and persuasive skills to handle objections and close deals
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred but not mandatory)
