We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and business growth. Ideal candidates would have a foundation in finance or accounting, but this is not required. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. Your efforts will directly impact the company’s expansion and success in the market.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and generate appointments for Account Executives with new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and industry research.
Execution of Sales Strategy
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to design and execute effective business development strategies, aligned with company goals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients to raise awareness of CloudCFO’s solutions and their applicability to prospective clients.
Customer Analysis
- Research and analyze prospective customers, and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of Lead generation business development activities and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Executive to ensure seamless communication and alignment across business initiatives and meetings with prospective clients

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree. Ideally in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, sales, or appointment setting.
- Knowledge of accounting, accounting services, and industry-specific regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Can work on a hybrid set up
