Assist in the design and development of training programs, workshops, and seminars, including learning module creation, learning objectives, and instructional materials (e.g., handouts, presentations, case studies).
Secure and manage training locations, including booking venues, arranging room setup, and coordinating audio-visual requirements.
Maintain accurate and updated training records, including attendance, evaluations, and progress reports.
Provide ongoing support to participants throughout the training process, addressing questions and resolving issues.
Develop convincing marketing content across various formats, including vlog posts, articles, social media updates, email newsletters, website copy, brochures, and presentations.
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for training programs.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and promotion of online webinars, live workshops, conferences, and other promotional events.
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing needs.
