Handle social media operations and manage all published content across social media platforms
Monitor, listen, and respond to community needs to cultivate following and sales
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social metrics, insights, and best practices.
Closely work with the content manager to provide vital insights that could be utilized to improve content.
Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that enhances the brand image.
Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers
Closely work with the brand manager to execute brand events, trade shows, product launches, and community events
Track and report on event performance and ROI

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in event planning or brand coordination, preferably within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.
Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
