The Account Manager for Digital Communications is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with brands’ current and future customers. That passion comes through as he/she engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of creating brand loyalty among the online audience. Community leadership and participation (both online and offline) are integral to an Account Manager’s success. An essential component is communicating the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way what will attract today’s modern, hyper-connected consumers.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
• Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content
• Create a regular publishing schedule
• Leverage the right tools to manage your content
• Promote content through social advertising
• Develop, execute and manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Strategize for brands/ accounts growth and maximum publicity
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the business and profitability of the account/project being handled
• Idea Generation and Concept Development
• Development of Plans and Presentations

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and interviewing skills
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing
