Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee and Labor Relations Associate at 1Aviation Groundhandling Services Corporation. The individual will be responsible for managing employee relations, handling labor issues, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on labor laws and regulations. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in managing employee relations and handling labor issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct thorough investigations
• Experience in conflict resolution and mediation
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
