Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of product life cycles, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential product opportunities.
- Support the coordination between internal teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, and production) to ensure timely product launches and updates.
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to provide insights for improvement.
- Assist in pricing strategies, product positioning, and promotional planning.
- Help create and update product-related materials such as catalogs, brochures, and online listings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product sourcing, quality assurance, and inventory management.
- Prepare reports and presentations on product performance, market trends, and recommendations.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the execution of product training sessions for internal teams and sales personnel.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; relevant internship experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in taking initiative.
- Willingness to learn about product management principles and industry trends.
