Assist in identifying and evaluating potential partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
Support the development and execution of partnership proposals and agreements.
Maintain regular communication with partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment and mutual value.
Organize and support engagement initiatives such as seminars, networking events, webinars, and campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams (marketing, communications, operations, etc.) to coordinate joint activities and promotions.
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of partnership and engagement efforts.
Ensure all partner-related data and communications are documented and up-to-date.
Provide administrative and logistical support for meetings, events, and partnership follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, or business development (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also encouraged to apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Comfortable engaging with external stakeholders at various levels.
Interest or experience in event planning or public relations.
