  • Job Title: HR Associate - 201 Records
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field
  • Experience Level: Fresh Graduate or Student with relevant internships
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written communication, effective time management, and accurate data entry
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in daily administrative tasks, manage 201 records, handle correspondence, maintain files, and support team projects
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, capable of multitasking, and a team player
