The Head of Information Technology leads the strategic direction for IT and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business goals. This role drives operational efficiency through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, manages IT service delivery, and promotes innovation to support digital transformation and ensures that IT operations and business processes are optimized to enhance customer experience and organizational performance.

• Develops and implements IT strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Drives digital transformation initiatives and ensures IT solutions support company goals.
• Leads continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
• Assesses and enhances business processes across departments for better efficiency.
• Oversees IT governance and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Works with external providers to ensure reliable delivery of IT services, including infrastructure, applications, and data management.
• Manages IT project timelines, ensuring quality and adherence to budget.
• Establishes KPIs to assess the impact of IT operations and business improvement efforts.
• Analyzes data to guide Management in decision-making and optimizes resource allocation.
• Stays informed on emerging technologies to guide strategic decisions and innovation.
• Works with executive leadership and department heads to identify technology needs.
