Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig for a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will handle daily customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and resolve issues promptly. Responsibilities include assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting technical problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.


Qualifications

  • Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Troubleshooting abilities and technical problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a five (5) day on-site environment in Pasig
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or relevant field preferred
