  • As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service through phone, email, or chat.
  • Your role includes handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

職位要求

Requirements:

  • At least a High School Graduate/SHS Graduate
  • Basic computer navigation skills (MS Office, internet browsing)
  • Good communication skills (English & Filipino)
  • Willing to work onsite (if applicable)
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but fresh grads are welcome!
