Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Representative (OSR) to join our growing team. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and chats to promote products or services.
• Evaluate customer needs and provide customized solutions to maximize conversions.
• Leverage upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance sales opportunities.
• Consistently hit or exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer engagements.
• Work closely with the team to develop and refine sales strategies.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management or the client.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php24,000.00 per month
