Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Sales Representative (OSR) to join our team and help drive revenue through effective customer outreach. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and presenting solutions to meet customer needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, or chats to introduce and promote products or services.
• Understand customer goals and recommend solutions that add value.
• Explore opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
• Work towards achieving or surpassing sales targets and other performance goals.
• Keep thorough records of customer communications and sales activities.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team to enhance overall sales efforts.
• Take on additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php24,000.00 per month
