1. At least 6 months and above Call Center Experience (CCE) | Any accounts preferably with Healthcare Exp.
2. Onsite work + Shifting schedules/weekends/holidays
3. At least HS Grad (Old-k12 Curriculum) | At least 18y/o+ Filipino Up to age 50
4. Proficient in English
