Description

  • Provide medical support and first aid to employees.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings.
  • Develop and implement health programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidential health records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee wellness strategies.

  • Educate employees on health and safety practices.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with internship experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong written communication, first-aid certified, and solid medical knowledge.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in office or clinical settings; may involve shifts or on-call hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent interpersonal skills.
