Description

  • Provide healthcare services to employees, including first aid and injury management.
  • Conduct health assessments and screenings.
  • Promote wellness programs and occupational health initiatives.
  • Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Collaborate with management on employee health issues.
  • Assist in developing health policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Nursing and is a registered nurse in the Philippines.
  • With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) is an advantage
  • Have a professional understanding of nursing techniques, occupational medicine and occupational safety.
  • Responsible in all health and wellness programs of the company.
  • Responsible in managing the HMO and group insurance of the company.
  • Responsible in compliance with all DOLE regulations.
  • Perform other duties/functions related to work that may assign from time to time.
