Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead and grow our operations in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the water or environmental services industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic relationships, and independently closing contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development and sales activities to convert a strong pipeline of opportunities into successful project and service contracts
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, proposal preparation, pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and bid management
• Identify and establish partnerships with suitable local partners for tenders and joint initiatives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders including end clients, contractors, consultants, and decision-makers
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Business Head to drive and implement business development strategies tailored to the Philippine market
• Map and engage key stakeholders within concessionaires in Metro Manila to foster long-term relationships
• Actively lobby and coordinate with government bodies in the field of environmental and wastewater management
• Strengthen brand presence beyond Metro Manila and identify business opportunities with private companies and local government units (LGUs)
• Take full accountability for achieving booking, revenue, and gross profit targets in the Philippines
• Continuously gather market intelligence on industry trends, competing technologies, market players, pricing structures, and technical specifications
• Maintain accurate records of all project opportunities using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Comply with all company policies and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related industry, with at least 5 years in the water or environmental sector
• Strong network across public and private sector clients
• Demonstrated ability to independently close complex contracts and drive revenue growth
