What You’ll Do
Accounting & Financial Management
- Supervise day-to-day accounting operations: AR/AP, invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, ensuring accurate reconciliations and general ledger integrity.
- Prepare and review financial statements in line with regulatory standards.
- Partner with management for financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
Transaction Management, Payroll & Banking
- Oversee bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and maintain strong banking relationships.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing, government contributions, and withholding tax compliance.
- Maintain meticulous transaction documentation and payroll reports.
Tax & Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with VAT, withholding tax, income tax, and all BIR filings (eFPS).
- Respond to tax assessments and collaborate with consultants when needed.
- Manage SEC filings such as GIS, AFS, and other corporate documents.
Company Formation & Corporate Governance
- Assist in registering new business entities and maintaining compliance with all regulatory bodies.
- Draft and organize corporate documents including board resolutions and shareholder agreements.
- Liaise with SEC, BIR, LGUs, and other government agencies for permits, renewals, and filings.
Investment & Company Management
- Track and record investments (stocks, bonds, crypto, mutual funds) and generate reports.
- Ensure compliance and financial reporting for companies, locally and internationally.
- Coordinate with international consultants on cross-border transactions.
Process Improvement & Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a high-performing accounting team.
- Standardize processes, drive automation, and assist with system implementations.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedure manuals.
What You Bring
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and taxation.
- Supervisory or leadership experience required.
Technical Proficiency:
- Skilled in accounting software and Google Sheets (for analysis/reporting).
- Familiar with AI tools for automation and data handling.
- Deep understanding of BIR, SEC, LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG compliance.
- Experience in investment accounting and corporate secretarial work.
Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- High attention to detail with a knack for solving complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Pay: Php34,000.00 - Php37,000.00 per month
