Centaur Digital Marketing PH Inc., a Public Relations (PR) & Digital Marketing agency is looking for an Accounts Manager to join the team.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for handling the new & existing clients to ensure we meet business objectives in a timely manner within the allocated budgets. You will work with other internal team members in requirements gathering, project planning, and general technical questions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the day-to-day management and execution of PR and Digital marketing campaigns for current and new clients.
  • Assist in conceptualizing, implementing, and managing client campaigns while coordinating with internal teams to exceed client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Handle daily account administration tasks, including contact reports, cost estimates, and records management, under the supervision of an Account Director.
  • Manage accounts end-to-end by co-developing, presenting, and implementing client campaigns, including editorial writing, content briefs (editorial, video, social posts), creative coordination, media and influencer outreach, event planning and management, and campaign reporting.
  • Ensure timely and seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client brands and their markets.
  • Prioritize resources effectively while keeping the Account Director and relevant teams informed of progress and updates.
  • Manage customer satisfaction evaluations and aim for a 90% satisfaction rating or higher.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, Digital, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience handling multinational brands/clients is a plus.
  • Work Environment: Must be able to operate in a hybrid work setup.

SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in communications or a related field, with industry experience preferred.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to deliver ideas effectively.
  • Independent, proactive, and self-motivated team player.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and quickly adapt to new challenges.
  • Proficient in advanced software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and similar tools.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Below is the step-by-step process:

  • Exam Submission: After receiving your application, an HR representative will email you the exam.
  • Initial Interview: Once you pass the exam, we will schedule you for an initial interview within 2-3 working days after exam submission.
  • Departmental Interview (Second Interview): If you pass the initial interview, a second interview will be scheduled 1 week after your initial interview. Please take note that it may take up to 2 weeks depending on the availability of the interviewer.
  • Final Interview: The last step is the final interview with the CEO | Managing Director, which may take one week or more, depending on their availability.
