Make outbound calls to potential clients from the available database.
Explain the company's financial products or services in an engaging and professional manner.
Generate initial interest and guide potential clients to participate in presentations or further consultations.
Maintain good relationships with prospects and clients through polite and structured communication.
Ensure regular recording of call results and prospect status in the CRM system.
Contribute to the achievement of team and company targets.
Provide market feedback from interactions with potential clients to management.

Minimum education of high school/vocational school, preferably an associate's or bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Communicative, confident, and possesses strong negotiation skills.
Experience in telemarketing, call center, or sales is an advantage.
Able to work with daily/weekly targets.
Clear voice, good articulation, and professional demeanor while speaking.
Familiar with computers, phone applications (VoIP), and digital note-taking.
