Entering product information into the e-commerce platform (name, description, price, photos, and other details).
Ensuring the uploaded data is accurate and meets company standards.
Updating product information in case of changes to prices, stock, or descriptions.
Removing products that are no longer available or relevant.
Ensuring that stock data on the e-commerce platform matches actual inventory.
Coordinating with the warehouse team for stock updates.
Ensuring product photos, descriptions, and specifications comply with brand guidelines.
Identifying and correcting errors in the uploaded data.
Generating regular reports on uploaded products, stock, and sales.
Providing recommendations for data improvement as needed.

Minimum high school/vocational school graduate, D3, or S1 (preferably in Administration, Accounting, or a related field).
At least 1 year of experience as an e-commerce administrator or data entry is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data processing.
Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, or Shopify.
High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
Meticulous, organized, and able to handle large volumes of data.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Results-oriented with multitasking abilities.
Good communication skills, especially with related teams such as warehouse and marketing.
Proactive in finding solutions when data issues arise.
Stable internet access is required for remote work.
Willing to work with online systems and digital platforms.
