- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Manage recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and provide regular updates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or student eager to learn and grow in talent acquisition.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting, talent management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office environment, with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about talent acquisition.
