Description
- Act as the primary point of contact for the OEM customer regarding order requirements and delivery schedules.
- Receive and process customer purchase orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, purchasing) to ensure alignment with delivery signals.
- Prepare and issue sales quotations, monitor order status, and update customer on deliveries.
- Create and update production plans based on customer forecasts.
- Process billing, documentation, and support related operational transactions.
- Provide ad hoc operations support as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and can work independently.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
