Supervise and coordinate daily front and back-of-house restaurant operations
Ensure smooth customer service and high-quality food standards
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
Manage scheduling, training, and performance of all restaurant staff
Enforce hygiene and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner
Manage cash handling and daily financial reporting
Implement marketing and promotional strategies as needed
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Filipino-Chinese nationality (required)
Fluent in Mandarin and English (required)
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a restaurant manager in a full-service restaurant
Strong knowledge of Chinese cuisine and dining culture
Proficient in inventory management and cost control
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
