- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service quality.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Analyze financial performance and drive profitability.
- Foster a positive dining experience for guests.
Requirements
- With 6-12 years of experience in the food and beverage industry
- With minimum of 3 years management experience
- With leadership and team management skills
- With customer service experience
- With excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- With expert knowledge of restaurant operations
- With strong communication skills
- With knowledge of cash handling and POS operations
- Adherent to quality control and food safety standards
- Can work within Quezon City Area
