  • Manage incoming reservation inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist customers with booking accommodations and services.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain reservation records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Stay updated on availability and policies to inform clients.

Requirements

  • Job Title: Reservation Staff (For pooling)
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in reservations or customer service.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in reservation systems.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Handle reservations, manage customer inquiries, and maintain accurate records.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with standard working hours, may require weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
