Description
- Manage and process reservations efficiently.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor availability and update the booking system as necessary.
- Generate and analyze reports on reservation trends.
- Assist in resolving guest issues and complaints.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in reservations or customer service roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong customer service skills, CRM knowledge, and effective communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and possesses a positive attitude.
