職位描述
簡介
- 管理和維護Windows Server、Hyper-V以及本地Active Directory環境。
- 熟練管理基於雲端的基礎設施，包括Microsoft Entra、Azure和Microsoft 365。
- 利用PowerShell腳本來簡化流程並提高系統功能。
- 通過PowerShell配置和管理Microsoft Exchange。
- 使用工具如Microsoft Intune來維護端點管理。
- 確保穩健的網絡性能，包括管理TCP/IP、VLAN和防火牆。
- 為用戶提供高質量的支持，與不同IT素養水平的用戶有效溝通。
- 領導並執行IT項目，從規劃到實施。
- 主動識別和解決系統問題，進行根本原因分析以減少未來發生的情況。
職位要求
- 至少5年以上的經驗，在支持為重點的 IT 職位上，包括對 Microsoft O365、Teams、Teams Voice、SharePoint、OneDrive 和 Exchange Online 的高級知識。
- 相關且有效的 Microsoft 認證（例如，Microsoft 365 認證：管理員專家、現代桌面管理員助理、Azure 管理員助理、Teams 管理員助理、Microsoft 認證：安全運營分析師助理）將受到高度重視。
- 端點保護工具（配置、故障排除）。
- 更新管理、漏洞檢測和響應流程。
- 具有像 SentinelONE 這樣的 SOC 平台經驗將受到高度重視。
