We are seeking an exceptional Italian Speaking - SERVICE DESK professional to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that offers you the opportunity to be part of a leading Information & Communication Technology company specializing in Service Desk & IT Support services.


What you'll be doing

  • Provide first-line technical support to our international clients, primarily focusing on Italian-speaking customers
  • Respond to incoming queries and tickets via phone, email, or chat, offering prompt and effective resolutions
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of IT-related issues, including software, hardware, and network problems
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in our customer support system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex problems
  • Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support


What we're looking for

  • Fluency in both Italian and English languages, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing IT support or service desk role
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with common software applications, operating systems, and basic networking concepts
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Dedication to continuous learning and professional development

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in speaking, writing & reading Italian
  • With at least 1 year customer facing work experience from any industry for foreign applicants and at least 1 year of BPO experience as an Italian speaker for locals 
  • Service desk experience is a huge advantage but not required
  • Conversant in English as secondary language
  • Graduate of any degree, undergrads are also encouraged to apply
  • Amenable to work onsite 100%
