Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate training and development programs.
  • Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruitment processes, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment, conduct interviews, and maintain employee records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a team player.
  • Willing to work Mondays- Saturdays
  • Willing to roam in NCR, North, and South Area
