Description
- Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support the onboarding process and orientation for new hires.
- Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, knowledge of HR practices, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, potential for remote tasks.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, team player with a positive attitude.
