Description
- Willing to work at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and screening candidates.
- Manage employee records and HR databases.
- Support the onboarding and training of new employees.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Address employee inquiries and provide HR support.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational development, attention to detail, and computer literacy.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible remote work options; typical business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality.
