  • Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance evaluations.
  • Handle benefits administration and employee inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in HR roles.
  • Proficiency in recruiting, employee relations, and people management; strong computer literacy; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, manage employee relations, support HR initiatives, maintain employee records, and facilitate communication.
