Administrative:
Maintain office cleanliness and manage meeting room schedules
Order and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
Coordinate with vendors and service providers (cleaning, repair, courier, etc.)
Assist with logistics for company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Maintain filing systems and organize company documents
Doing monthly payment request
HR:
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g., document collection, coordination, orientation scheduling)
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Support employee engagement and wellness activities

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in an HR Administrative role. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours, collaborative team setting. Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig.
Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, proactive, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
