Description

  • We are seeking a proactive HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR administrative tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
    • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
    • Handle employee inquiries and support performance management.
    • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • Assist in organizing training and development programs.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Previous experience in HR or administrative roles.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of HR software and labor laws
