Description

  • Support recruitment processes by posting job ads and screening resumes.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting skills, effective communication, leadership development, and people management abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for occasional remote work.
