- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Handle inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience as a front desk receptionist.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in time management, strong communication skills, and customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: Typically in an office setting, can involve multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
