  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage scheduling and appointment bookings.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a receptionist or related role preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
