Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily order processing across various e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, website, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales and operational performance reports.
  • Ensure product stock availability across all online sales channels.
  • Handle returns, operational complaints, and customer inquiries related to orders.
  • Ensure the accuracy of product data, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns and flash sales.
  • Conduct analysis and evaluation of operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop operational SOPs and implement continuous improvements to processes.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education of D3/S1, preferably in Management, Business, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or online retail operations.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, and their seller dashboards.
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
  • Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of inventory management, fulfillment systems, and customer service is a plus.
